Marinate chicken pieces with salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice, curd and tomato ketchup for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.Add ginger and garlic paste and microwave for 5 minutes or till chicken is soft.Make a batter of cornflour, maida, garlic paste,salt,orange red food colour.Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and fry them in batches.Set aside.In the remaining oil fry few curry leaves and set aside.Fry chopped garlic and add the curry paste or the masalas alongwith ginger garlic paste, red chillipowder.Now add the fried chicken along with the leftover juices while microwaving chicken.Toss in the leftover cornflour batter,green chillies and fried curry leaves.Serve with lemon rice,jeera rice, roti,paratha or simply as a starter.
