1 tsp chicken curry masala

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 pinch hing

1 tbsp malai or fresh cream

3 tbsp refined oil

1 tbsp ghee

5-6 laung

4 green cardamom

1 small stick cinnamon

4-5 slit green chillies

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Steps

Marinate chicken with curd,tomato puree and salt.Meanwhile make a paste of sesame seeds,fennel seedHeat oil and ghee in a pan.Add half crushed whole garam masala and when they splutter, add the masala paste and marinated chicken and fry till oil leaves sides.Add red chilli powder,chicken curry masala and salt to tastes, ginger paste and malai.Pour a cup of water and bring to boil.Cover and cook on low flame till chicken is done and masala coats chicken.Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and slit green chillies.
